game exit by itself

one for my friends charactor is bug, when he login his archer "SharpShooter" the game will exit, but when he login his HK there is no problem with the game.

Please assist to help

I tried to login your Char and nothing wrong with it. It logged in normally, so i think theres something wrong with ur client config.

i had been solve as my my had try to web tp option in the AMT and his charactor is able to login.
