Can log in to game but...

Erm Need help here, here's the solution i can log in but it stuck to the archer loading screen. It never appears to main game, stuck at the archer face loading screen.

its was server down just now.
restarted and its up now

When i login my ID i can see my char i click on it select it. and then i loading screen will come and thats it. The loading screen will stay for ever and nothing happens. Then if i press esc key the game shuts down. If i try once more same thing except when i press select a msg box will come and display some unknown chars and it says click ok to exit program.. GM's PLS HELP ME
