System Auto Delete acc/char that didnt active within 6month

Im postin here in forums coz no GMs care to reply my private messaging.SO here is my problem.
I enter user id and pass,click Ok.says Invalid ID.
I hadnt logged in game since server was made back to 10x frm 1x , I guess.I hadnt logged in amt durin 1x also coz had no need .Hw come I cant access my Id all of a sudden ?
I tried creating new Id with same old character name,it says character exists.So I was thinking if GMs cud please retreive my cha back to me, I wud b gratefull to u .Im the guild leader of a Kh too, my friends w8ing for me to cm back .. please help me out.
