i wished to buy a g10 ele staff (kafulga) from eshop, and i guess if i buy it from eshop, it cms as lvl 15ed and max eleed and max aa-ed+30 % mtd,

is this what m i looking for??

i mean, if i buy from here, will i het a lvl 15 gm g10 staff or just plain lvl 1 g10?
