HELP for India Player without Credit card

I understand quite anumber of player do not have credit card to putchase item from e-shop.

I had found some one to help you guys to purchase. But for every money transfer please add 250INR + E-shop price. Why add addition 250INR it is because of the exchange rate.

Adding ON

I have some buyers who have 2 account

Example:
1 for brother
1 for Sister

Brother want to Buy item for Sister. Can Brother please Tell nOrULz It is for the Sister. Also provide nOrULz the Sister's IGN. And nOrULz will register the Sister's nick to me instead of the brother.

Cos i have to Recored it down.

For those who Bought Uni and GM Set from the E-shop, You are not allow to Pass to others or any other account for use. U are only able to use within your account. If you plan to sell to other ppl in WZ, U have to give me the nick of that person who is taking over the Items. Why we control it is for us to manage the item. So no body can complain that friend don't want to give back to you etc.
