    Question Need to catch up!

    Hello,

    I'm an old player on this server. Had an archer named Pookie whom I got to rebirth16 lvl165, then got bored and decided to take a break for a while.

    Now, it's been almost a year and a half and I came back to check if anything new's going on. Downloading the client as I type this. I was just wondering if you could spare the time to give me the highlights of all that's happened since I've been gone?

    I was also wondering if my membership would still be active. I had taken the gold membership(I think) and gotten the GM optioned g10 set with it.
    EDIT: Sorry, I bought the GM optioned G10 when there was some christmas-new year offer going on. The membership was a 'bronze membership' for the account 'xaphod'. Sorry for the misinformation earlier. Found the correct details when checking my archived e-mail on gmail.

    Server is restarted, and you can't get any items you had in last server...
    Episode 5 is launched now, and so many changed also there.

    Visit this site, this site is known by A3 GENESIS Online Account Management Tools Download new client and patch and register your new account start and start all over again ^_^

    And yea for e-shop item check this section of forum E-Shop Guide - A3 Genesis Community

    Don't forget to read new rules for A3 Genesis.

    Thanks for the quick reply Tsunade.

    I would just like to make sure I understand something right. I had a bronze membership and a g10 GM optioned set(Christmas offer) earlier for which I had to shell out over 350SGD! Now, after the reset, is there no way I can get any of the benefits I payed for earlier? Luckily, I even have the payment receipts from paypal and can forward the same to you if needed.

    Basically what I'm trying to ask is, are all items and services purchased before the server upgrade now void?

    If you login to the AMT with your account. If your membership didn't expire it will still show in it. if Expire then it will not show.

    Question Sorry, I'm still rather confused!

    I had two accounts earlier, 'godsmith' and 'xaphod'. I'm guessing that after the upgrade to episode5, all the accounts were deleted and everyone started fresh.

    My brother created the 'godsmith' account again and made a new char with the same name(pookie) and character(archer) taht I had earlier. I logged on to that account yesterday and played for a while. I checked in the AMT and the account is labeled 'normal'. I also tried logging on as 'xaphod' but got the message that it's an invalid user name.

    I'm pretty certain that the membership would have expired by now(It's been almost two years since I bought it ) What I was more worried about was my GM optioned g10 and necklace of redyan which I had purchased from the E-Shop.
    Are they gone for good or is there some way I can get them back? I have the receipts in my e-mail from the paypal transaction when I bought the items. Shall I forward them to you via e-mail?

    My main character in the 'godsmith' account was 'Pookie'(archer) and the main character in the 'xaphod' account was 'Greed'(HK).
    Greed was the character with the bronze membership(If I remember right) and Pookie had the g10 GM optioned X-bow set.

    Your guess are pretty good ^^

    I understanding what you're trying to say... you can't get your G10 set and character, but you had membership so you want at least that membership for salary to play game again... e-shop is not my section, I can't talk much, but I dunno about that policy. All unnecessary/inactive and inactive account are deleted by Venetian, so I don't think so you'll get those membership back and again NO COMPENSATION!

    Venitian/Vandread could you please confirm what Tsunade said? Like she said, the e-shop isn't really her jurisdiction and only your decision will be final.

    from wat i know,those ppl who bought e-shop item (not include expire membership item) can claim back coz of server restart few months..
    anyway if by tonight still no reply from GM Vandread (GM which in-charge of E-Shop) reply this thread...i will call him up or leave him a sms

    Looks like GM Vandread is busy busy busy.

    I guess he's got a lot going on in real life. FG, I don't want to trouble him. I'm sure he'll reply when he finds the time.
